At the present I've stripped down my old bike due to what happend to my current bike as am going to doing it up still have the handle bars etc .. yet the wheels , gears , brakes crank need replacing
As my current bike the wheel tyre size is 26 2.3in yet my tyres can take a 26 2.1 tube ....will i be able fit that tyre/wheel size to my old frame I believe it can work ? and with my current being a 27spd .. would a frame that operated a 21spd gear system could it handle a 27spd system or would the stres
And also consider going back to using cantilever brakes for the rear as for the front I may transfer the front fork etc from my current to my old frame purely as a cost saving measure
