I'm currently reading Mark Cavendish - At Speed - I'm only half way through, but it's good so far, similar writing style to Sir Brad's book. Also just finished Victoria Pendleton's book, very different style of book to Sir Brad and Mark Cavendish, but I still enjoyed it.

I like sports biogs (mainly cycling and rugby) even though many - most even - are the usual forgettable and formulaic ghost written stuff.

Honorable exceptions that spring to mind are Obree's book, and David Millar's. Tyler Hamilton's book was good reading during the middle of the Armstrong poop-storm, but I'm not sure I'd bother reading it again. I read Cav's "at speed" and sadly I've completely forgotten most of it now.

I probably most enjoyed Richard Moore's 'In Search of Robert Millar'.

David Millar's 'Racing Through the Dark' whilst a good read wasn't as good as I'd hoped. That is a little unfair on him though because it's really my fault; I expected more as I've found Millar, from his articles, to be a very good writer. It's still a cut above the usual sportman's autobiography though.

I agree on the Tyler Hamilton book, brilliant read.

Though not a book I also thoroughly enjoyed reading USADAs reasoned decision on Lance Armstrong, a PDF version is on the net somewhere so can be read on an ereader.

I am quite enjoying Sean Yates book "its all about the Bike" I have been through most of the others and had been avoiding this as didn't fancy so have been pleasantly surprised

I've read both Tyler Hamiltons and Michael Hutchinsons Speed book. The former is more a trad autobiography but still very very interesting particularly on the doping background, the latter is absolutely brilliant and much more on the science behind bike performance - some really interesting stuff particularly on weight, nutrition, bikes and aerodynamics. I ended up doing a 6 hour session to finish it in one go, it's that good
