I have narrowed down my search to a straight choice between a cube agree gtc race and a focus cayo team replica. Both are available for about £1400 from the above named online retailers.

I have had dealings with wiggle and, quite frankly, if I could buy the cube bike from them, that's the bike I would buy.

I have read some negative reviews about winstanleys which is putting doubt in my mind about dealing with them.

I would imagine there is not much to choose between the 2 bikes and I may be better off going with the focus for the added piece of mind that wiggle would give me.

Would appreciate any guidance/advice from owners of either bike or users that have ordered complete bikes from winstanleys.

Thanks

Winstanleys are f*cking shoot at communicating, shoot with warranties, and their customer service isn't too great.

That said, I bought two bikes from them because they were either unavailable elsewhere or 25% cheaper.

Never had to deal with wiggle customer service for any warranty issues.

Wiggle do the 30 day return on bikes, which was a massive plus for me compared to pretty much everyone else I looked at. As you say if they stocked Cube then it would be great.

Thanks for your replies.

I have checked with chainreaction but unfortunately they don't have the frame size I require in stock, otherwise that would be a good option.

The wiggle 30 day free trial is great, it's just that I really fancy the cube, unless someone can convince me otherwise.

Cheers
