Realised on Saturday morning after checking previous nights purchases from Wiggle that i had been charged for delivery. After going back through the process i realised that you have to click off the priority postage box on the final page. I know this is my own stupid fault but still leaves me feeling slightly ripped off.

I feel a little better now! :cursing:

I too learnt that lesson the hard way. But that said, I've always hade very good service and their free delivery option is always delivered in about 3 days anyway.

Does priority postage make any difference? as far as I can tell with other shops the order's just taken off the shelf earlier than it might have been otherwise.

Anyway, I'm done with Wiggle now after they sent me a rucksack instead of some bibtights, didn't bother to tell me they're now out of stock and haven't refunded me yet. I went to Evans and got some Northwave Blades at half price.

Sometimes the priority packing (which is what it is rather than priority postage, how quickly they get things into the post) has made a difference - around the peak times, Christmas/New Year it really does make a difference. Currently, it has not made any difference. I ordered on Sunday afternoon/evening and received a your order has been dispatched email at 12pm today (so that is less than 1/2 working day to get it in the post to me without priority despatch). But be warned, when they are slow, they are very very slow.. So around peak times, I will pay for the priority if I want it quickly... (overall my last order was cheaper from Wiggle than elsewhere, so it went to wiggle rather than breaking it into masses of little parcels that all get charged delivery...)

I think the priority purchase speeds up multiple orders in regard they send items individually if they're not all available at the time of order.
Ordinary postage is generally as quick unless as above, in which case they hold the order until all items are available.
