Wide fit spd shoes

Hello all

I've got wide feet and I'm looking for a pair of comfy spd shoes for day rides etc. Has anyone got any makes or styles they'd recommend? I heard Northwave are pretty wide, and I think Shimano do a wide fit?
I'm about a 7 or 7.5 so I guess that would be 41.5 or 42?

I've wide feet, I've found a good fit in Bontrager shoes . But I'm up around a 13 in size, or 14 in American.

42 is an "8", i have wide feet too and found the decathlon shoes spot on .

+1 for Northwave, they seem to be quite a lot wider than the equivalent Shimano or Specialized shoes that I've tried.

DHb are not wide. I'll be looking for a wide brand for my next pair...

I tried both the Shimano and the Northwave in my LBS. Ended up buying the latter as they were a more comfortable wider fit.

I wear UK size 10.5 or 11 shoes usually and my feet are relatively wide. My daily commute SPDs are M088LE Wide in EU size 46 and they fit perfectly.

I have wide fit shimano xc50n and ro88sl im 43 so buy 44 in all cycle shoes from shimano
next size up for most spd shoes ive found

Sidi do a Mega range for wide feet. And they'll last you for years and years. Well worth the cost.

+1 for Northwave here too. I do have a pair of Specialized winter boots too, they are ok,but not quite as roomy.

I'll have a look in Decathalon - there's one very near my house,
Failing that I'll find a local stockist of Norhwave,. I think Evans might sell them?

Northwave are perfect for me and I have wide feet

I have wide feet but not massively wide and Shimano wide fit were still too narrow - I found Mavic wide fit also too narrow.

Sidi mega is a true wide fitting shoe
