Hmm, that wheel track doesn't seem to be quite right....

Whoops!

Apparently there were two 18 year old lads in it, and they got out ok. I'm wondering what they were doing there, that road goes nowhere but a park that would have been closed when it happened, and a touring caravan park - neither are likely destinations.

Oh, and then I cycled along that path - rather carefully, as it was hard packed light snow, with a crunchy ice topping.

I don't think that area is renowned for any of those things....

I think they thought, let's see what a skid on ice is like...

Oh....

Saw the driver on the news last night. He passed his test a week ago. He said "Yeah, I won't do that again, you need to go really slow on ice", which implies that he was driving too fast, too me. Still can't think why he'd be driving along there anyway unless it was purposefully to mess about. Let's hope he's learned a lesson - he didn't look like the sharpest brick in the picnic, if you get my drift.

I wondered if anyone would pick that up. It's a combination of not being the sharpest knife in the drawer, and a brick short of a wall, and a sandwich short of a picnic. I rather like it...

Sort of similar to, "He gets right up my goat!"
