Who are they?!

I was in Winchester yesterday and at around 7pm I noticed a gaggle of cyclists gathered round the back of the King Alfred statue.

They were wearing yellow tops with a large "swishy" picture of a blue bike on them. I say "swishy" because it looked like a bike drawn with brush strokes.

Any idea who they were?

Lol! I would have done, but (a) I was in a hurry, ( I was going round the roundabout at the time and (c) I had a lorry behind me.

Don't think it could have been the Winchester to Gibraltar crew?

I've a feeling the Winchester CTC has a yellow shirt, not sure about the logo though.
