they are pretty for cheap wheels, but to be fair colour is a very personal thing, I like a black and white contrast, I like black and I like white. Which is best, only one way to find out.

I like the white wheels; but I also like the black wheels.

But which is better?

There's only one way to find out.

Or decide for yourself...

Although I'd choose white. Or at least not the black if you are going to be using black tyres.

All white would look mental. But 1480g for just the rear? Then add 400g for tyre and tube. How the hell are you supposed to accelerate that lot?

Trust me here, save up a bit longer and get a pair of handbuilts from someone like Harry Rowland.

Or Paul Hewitt.

They may not be as pretty but they'll be far more responsive to ride, way more comfortable and will last a lot longer.

Actually, I've just re-read what I've written and it sounds patronising as hell.

Sorry about that.

Buy the white ones - they'll look cool as milk.

That's a track bike, no brakes.

The braking surface won't be white, it'll be a normal aluminium surface.

Edit: Didn't you post a thread about these wheels months ago? These wheels would probably be fine for a pan flat time trial, anything else too heavy. Did you look at the one's I posted a link to before?
