I have been using a set of DT Swiss CSW RA 1.0 Race wheels for my 30 mile round trip daily commute. I've just had them both serviced and new bearings in the rear hub.

I have now bought a brand new set of Mavic Aksiums from a friend who didn't need them.

My plan is too have a commuting set and a weekend set of wheels as I only have the one bike but would like advice on whic to keep as my weekend wheels. Is there much between the two sets?

The DT Swiss were supplied on 2012 cube agree bikes, link below too a set:

Any advice is appreciated

I would use the Aksiums at the weekend. They have a lower spoke count so will probably be a bit less durable. They also weigh less so all other things being equal they should be a little quicker, although probably not so much that you will notice any difference. All that said I battered a pair of Aksiums into submission after 3 years commuting and many miles in all weathers on potholed roads, so they can be pretty durable. close to a 50 50 decision.

Hmmmm that probably is of no help whatsoever.
