Depends on what terrain you ride on. If it's stop start or hilly you need lightweight wheels on the other hand if it is flat with rolling hills then aero wheels are your best bet.
I use a Mavic Cosmic Carbone rear (aero) and Campag Eurus (non aero) front as side winds can be a bit of a pain round here.
speak to wheelsmith.co.uk they come highly recommended by a lot of guys on another forum. He can get you a nice set of custom wheels that will fit your needs perfectly and be serviceable so will last years.
