Tacx Vortex is the cheapest of the smart trainers and works great, as does bkool pro, Tacx Neo/Wahoo Kickr/Kickr Snap (All 3 options £500+)

Or a dumb trainer and buy a power meter.. You will also need a USB ANT+ stick

Why do you want a turbo? It is not snowing yet.

I just bought a kickr snap for playing risk and bkool ... Yup it isn't winter, but I don't see you out racing on the roads at 11pm at night or 4.30 in the morning before your cycle to work, so I have to race with online folk .... It's your fault for being lazy

I have been using a turbo since 1988 on a very regular basis, the 20 years before that it was rollers, whose lazy? They are a great tool for the right person, this guy I think is wasting his money.

Why would you want to even buy one then, they are the most mind numbing contraption ever invented, my advice would be to borrow one first or go get a frontal lobotomy before use.
