Which Pump?

Without having to take out a mortgage, what pump do you guys recommend to get to 100psi?

I've used a footpump, a car socket-powered pump and a petrol station pump but all to no avail.
I don't really want to be paying through the nose for one, so do you have any budget ideas?

SKS Rennkompressor is great. I love mine and getting 100 PSI is childs play. It's been going strong now for a number of years (used on 5 bikes throughout the year).

It's a steel barrelled pump, therefore very robust. The best thing for me is that the head is dual-purpose, meaning you don't have to fiddle about changing it to suit different valve types. One opening, Schrader or Presta, no fiddling.

I've had a cheap Beto pump with gauge for years.. It is jut over a tenner. No problem getting to 100 -120 psi

Get the Joe Blow 160 psi model not the 120 psi one. The last 20 - 30 psi of the rated capacity of any pump is going to be hard work.

Joe Blow. Hits 100 psi easily and keeps on going. So good I've got two, one at home, the other, which I got sh off here, at work as the official 'office' track pump.

Careful - I have the Joe Blow, and I don't think you can get spares for them very easily/cheaply....

I've got two, one I was thinking about selling. Still has all the tags on it. Postage would probably make it too expensive for yourself though. I can really vouch for them.
