which pads for Tektro novela disc brakes?

Just picked up a GT Avalanche 3.0 2010
Brakes need adjusting
one brake squeaks so I'm guessing that it needs new pads.
Tektro Novela Cable disc brake

I'm guessing that ebay is the cheapest and most convinient as usual
Doing a search for Tektro Novela I come across two different sets:

Disco Brakes is the best place on the web for disc pads.

You sure it's worn out? Many disc pads squeel, doesn't mean they are worn out.

Thanks Ianrauk, Dico Brakes looks like a good site. I bookmarked it.
I have followed this guide on youtube.
The brake are tight, as in the leaver is tight and I don't need to pull hard.
The problem is they aren't very responsive. I can't lock the tires and one break squeals.
Is this normal for these brakes?
