Which grease?

What type of grease do you all use for general maintainence?

EP2 lithium based grease ..... used throughout Industry on, high speed production, agriculture, construction and mining equipment, etc.

Less than £3 for a 400ml cartridge from toolstaion, screwfix. etc. even cheaper in bulk from other outlets.

My hybrid runs on it ..... 25,000+ miles with about 3,000 miles of those towing a trailer over the last 5 ½ years, I've done only one full service on it during that time, a complete strip out, cleaning, lubricating, and reassembly of all the bearings: Wheels, bottom bracket, headstock almost 3 years ago. everything still feels nice and tight and still going strong.

I've used EP2 for over 30 years now on jobs all over the world.

I also use Lithium grease.. Admittedly it's for no other reason than is what I have sitting on the shelf.
