Which Gopro helmet mount?

What are the pros and cons of adhesive or nylon strap gopro mounts for a vented helmet?

from a NON cycling point of view , the adhesive ones are rubbish and unless spotless and grease free when fitting they come off easily. my cave helmet proved that. ( was worth it for proof that the adhesive would not be good.

I have the strap type and so far it has stayed in position. wobbles your head about though.

I use the strap mount(same mount but not a gopro)

After 5 mins forgot it was there. Wouldnt be trusting sticky pads with an expensive camera!
