Which Cartridge?

I have Tiagra calipers and I have been using Tiagra brake blocks. I want to try the Kool Stop inserts so which cartridges do I want and can I buy the cartridges only?

Folk usually recommend 'Salmon'; I've just ordered a pair myself so hopefully they live up to the hype

Yep, they are ones I've been looking at. I don't have the bit they fit into though, which are the best ones to get?

If you want to use inserts then you'll need to buy the cartridge holders and inserts and in the future the inserts alone or you can shop around for complete blocks. Folk have advised me Aztec in the past and they seem good vfm.

That's as I suspected. I was hoping I could buy the cartridge holders (without inserts) separatley. I'll just have to bite the bullet and get a complete set initially and top up with the Kool Stop inserts thereafter.
