Shimano Hollwtech II type tool. Same size and shape to the outside of the exteral cups. (Different axel diameter inside though.) I have one of these and have used it for Shimano Hollwtech II , FSA Mega Exo and Truvativ/SRAM GXP BB cups: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/lifeline-shimanotruvativ-hollowtech-bottom-bracket-tool/

Have to remove the cranks to use, but has better contact than an open design that means you don't have to remove the cranks.

If you're going to be swapping a lot, I'd consider this type: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/park-tools-hollowtech-ii-bottom-bracket-tool/ as it has full engagement with the spline recesses, minimising the slight denting when fitting the alu cup with a steel tool.

As svendo says, the hollowtech II is the same. I got a Icetoolz open ended version from my LBS..circa £9.

Is this normal ? ... when i went to remove my FSA BB shells, i didnt think the wrench was correct, didn't want to go on over the teeth of the cup. I found a light tapping with a hammer forced the wrench on. I suppose it wants to be a really tight fit so maybe i just wasn't expecting that.

In this type of situation it's a question of how much force is required to get the desired result. A 'bit of light tapping' doesn't seem unusual to me. Some tools are a tight fit, but use the same tool on a different BB and it may be slack.
I have seen some reviews where the inner diameter of the tool can cause it to be a tight fit the spindle. If something won't fit I try to make sure that everything is where it should be before reaching for the long bar and the large hammer, although these are essential elements in my tool kit.
