Always get the best specced bike you can afford IMO, so the Sirrus sport. If you can get for £349 as I have seen it, it's a very good deal I think
I am not sure about the Cannondales, I was told that they have a very upright riding position - who knows if that is best for you - do you have a bad back for example?? Ref your uses, are you going to be riding only on roads or also off road/parks/towpaths etc. You'll get a higher specced flatbar bike for say £350 than a road bike (the components cost more so you get less) unless you go second hand.
Do you have an Evans shop nearby - if so, go testride some of the options and see which you like.
And stop shouting!! Turn the caps key off!!
