Which bar end plugs?

Hello all,

bought myself some end bars and i'm planning to fit them this week. Going to move everything inwards in preparation, will need to trim the end of my grips to slide them inwards (with cheap hairspary at the ready) but what about end plugs?

Do i need anything in particular here? I'm a little confused at the different plugs on offer? I have a torque tool at work to set the end bars but before i just buy the plugs i like the look of, which is what i usually do, i thought i'd ask you good people for some advice.

Make sure your bar ends don't already have the plugs in the kit. Some do. Otherwise buy what you fancy. If you want to be swish, then there are the type you tighten with a screwdriver, but they are no better functionally than the press in type.

Bar end plugs are a requirement for racing because of the safety aspect. imagine the handlebars pushed into your, or somebody else's, leg. Not nice.
