these are all cheap basic axles. You need to know exactly what size you need (by measuring your old one).

Most unlikely. 9mm is nearly always only for front hubs, which axles are never 175mm long...

bought a new axle and noticed it has a collar on both ends along with the normal spacer on the free wheel end
what are these spacers about?
