Where to get large helmets

I have always had trouble getting helmets or hats to fit, I have a large head 64 cms approx the problem is my head is longer than wide. I already have a giro helmet at 64 cms but is very snug front to back and rocks side to side even with the foam padding, can any one suggest a make that may fit for a reasonable price thanks.

I'm generally a large in helmets but a medium in MET. I'd suggest they may be worth a look.

There is an American website that gives a guide to large helmets.

This is of limited use a snot all the helmets are available inthe UK, butthe advice is sound and it will give an idea of what is available.

allready got a giro but will give the other a try.Think i will have to find a decent bike shop with plenty to choose from.
My local one is under stocked and over priced

Sorry for re-activating an old thread, but I have a Bell Triton which is especially for the larger-noggined amongst us. I'm a size 62 and the adjuster is nearly all the way in, and Bell claim it'll fit from 61-65. If you live anywhere near the South Lincs-North Cambs border, come and give it a try
