Where to get a bike fit?

I was wondering whether anyone could let me know where I could get a proper bike fit?

I have had my Defy for 3 months now and delighted with it but thought that it could be a useful exercise to have a bike fit to try and make sure my cycling is the most 'effective' it can be... (if that makes sense).

I am in Cornwall but prepared to travel a reasonable distance.

An indication on what it costs aswell would be great.

I popped in to The Bike Shed in Barnstaple (long trek I know) about two months ago. They looked like they were gearing up to offer this service. If there's nothing closer, maybe give em a try?

Silly questions but can you use the Specialized BG fit centre if your not riding a Specialized?

Silly questions but can you use the Specialized BG fit centre if your not riding a Specialized?

I am sure they'll be happy to take your money, there are indys with BG fit equipement (e.g. Corridori) who sell other makes too

But best pick up the phone and call to ask
