Where to get 26 x 1-3/8 alloy rims

Hey there,
I'm going to be building up some wheels for my 3 speed, I would prefer to get some decent rims, namely Sun CR-18s in this size which I like because they are eyeletted, box section and polished. However I can only find these in the US and as you probably know shipping from the states is a PITA.

Anyone know of any local alternatives? I know SJS has some but they are pretty low end type rims.

Though they don't seem to list rims separately...
