Where to buy shoes

Most of my riding is 8 mile commute (half road half track) 2/3 times a week but I also do small trips to and from tennis courts, local shops etc or rides with the children which are more track than road. My bike is a mongoose 450 hybrid.

I'm thinking of going clipless Shimano pdm324 (other recommendations welcome) fancy option of clips or not. I don't seem to have a shop locally that stocks shoes (any recommendations Leatherhead/Guildford). I have no problem buying stuff on line but hate sending it back and clearly with shoes that may be an issue - what are the sizings like/ Most of my work and sports shoes are size 41 though my walking boots are size 42? Also will I be able to fit pedals easily enough.

Hi Willow, shoes do really vary from one make to another and I would suggest strongly that you find a larger lbs with a good stock in so you can try them on. I went for the m520 pedal and they are not difficult to fit once you remember which way the pedals thread on and off.
