2000 / 2001 FSR XC swinging arm outer spacer

The swinging arm bearings in my 2000 / 2001 Specialized Stumpjumper FSR XC bearings needed replacing and when I stripped it down, the bearings were totally destroyed, in the sense that the balls fell out so the inner and outer races were no longer connected. The bad news is that I did not realise there was a small spacer spigoted in to the inner races, and one has gone missing, its about 8mm OD.

Anybody have any bright ideas where I may obtain such a part please?
