Ebay for me as well.

Most nuts and bolts on bikes are M5, and stay very short on the lengths (10-15mm will cover most things). I'd recommend going for socket caps rather than flat heads. The flat heads are nice, but tend to come with 3mm hex holes so are easier to round off.
