I just started cycling about three weeks ago. I had been doing the stationary bike but understand the dynamic of two wheels from year of motorcycle racing.
I am just learning the lingo, hardware tuning etc. I am considering running a 10 mile TT and also doing a 25 mile ride with a club. I am doing 10 miles in 28-30 minutes and 25 miles in 1:10 - 1:15. I have never run a pace line though. Are those respectable enough times to run with a club. they have several levels. I really dont know what to expect.
New to the site and I tried to find a post with this info but nothing really hit it.

If you are talking about Sunday 'club runs' - they are unlikely to be run off at TT pace, for obvious reasons, so I doubt if you will have any issues with the pace. I doubt if they will ride in a 'pace line' for the same reasons - it's not very social... ;)

Anyway, if you are averaging 21mph on your runs, then I would move straight into racing...

Go on an into or beginner ride, see how it feels and chat to the club members, they will advise you of the best rides to go on within the club. Also, you might want to get a move on and do the 10 mile TT as the TT season is pretty much over, only a handful left.

10 miles on a road big with no or little traffic in 30 mins is good going. I can do the same if i'm feeling strong and no wind etc.

With that said I just went to a club site and they have 24 minutes 10m TT all the way to the middle of the pack. The slowest was 30:21 in the over 50 group. This is why I am a bit nervous but I guess I will give it a go. By the way 21mph is my best average. I am usually doing 3:10 to 3:20 a mile. I am doing my first club ride in the beginner group next week. The worst I could do is feel foolish. That would not be a first. Nor last.
