When Drivers simply don't look

Recently when heading home from work at the time of the incident it was after 11 pm .. and condition it was raining as am heading down a hill ... I notice a car slow down so i presumed the driver was going to entering the gounds of the house situated on the left at the bottom of the hill so i presumed that the person was aware of my presence on the road .. , yet to my utter disbelief the driver starts to reverse into me as am heading down .. which at this point the driver finally realises it and stops .

Was out on the motorbike yesterday. Turning right at a traffic light controlled T junction when I am 90% of the way round the corner, some blind twat who had been parked at the side of the road (the one I was turning into) suddenly, and very quickly, pulls out from the kerb. No indication of course. Had to swerve to avoid the back of my bike being taken out.

Tell me about it!

Was following a WVM down a quiet residential lane couple of eves ago, he knew I was behind him 'cos he'd pulled out of a driveway just in front of me.

Don't know whether he missed the road ahead closed signs but when he got to the road works across the road he started reversing into my path! While on his feckin' mobile!

I hope he could lip read

most bad stuipd driving is done without thinking or without intent, when i read he knew i was there ,or she saw me coming ect, its much more likely that no she didnt and no he didnt, just because we see them it dosent mean they have seen us and reconise us as a hazard even if eye contact is made.
