Wheelset upgrade

I own a triban 3 and i'm planning to upgrade the wheelset but im not sure which one to go for . I was planning to get the mavic aksium S 2013 on merlin cycles for about £165 but im not sure i was planning to get the cole rollen elite but not enough reviews on it to make me sure of getting them. I was gonna get some wheels hand built but too much hassle. I would like a light wheelset aswell but not spend alot of money on it . But i still want to get a new wheel set anyways what do u recommend ?

Aksiums were on my list last year because my previous experience of them was good, they are strong reliable wheels. In the end though I opted for Planet X model B's as they were cheaper and slightly lighter; their finishing is quite as good as the Aksium but I would have had no hesitation reccoending them but they are discontinued. I have 2nd hand Ksyirums, I going to put on shortly but the model Bs are still going strong at 7300 miles and they'll go back on later in the year and I might order the replacement Planet Xs (AL530s I think) when the Model Bs wear out .

You should also consider Fulcrum Racing 5s
Excellent wheelset, reasonably light and very durable (must be cos I'm not exactly small, and the roads round here are buggered).
