Those are the latest incarnation of the RS10 and are cheaper, brand new.
They are cheap, but I, a cycling friend, and many others consider them to be a very good deal for the money!Lithion tyres aren't much cop so no point buying wheels because of those.
Mine don't puncture easily, roll ok, are a tolerable weight, don't wear quickly and seem to grip pretty well in the wet, so I am pleased with them.Mine were free, still didn't think that much of them!
Have a pair of these on a winter build I've yet to ride. Ended up ordering a second pair for a clubmate anyway!Mind you I would consider the Carbotech K30s at 70 quid...

I don't need any at the moment, Phil, unless they happen to be black/red?@ColinJ I dont suppose you need any Lithion 2 tyres do you as I have a pair here brand new I have just dug out of my spares box, I also have a pair of Michelin Pro 4 Endurance all brand new and still in the packaging if anyone needs any.
