After a visit from the p*uncture fairy I discovered how heavy the wheels are on my Claud Butler Urban 300 hybrid. They appear to be made of pig iron and lead and the hubs are pretty poor quality.
I have a pair of 700c Mavic MA3 622x15 wheels hanging around and was wondering if I could switch the 700x38c tyres from the CB over onto the Mavics, or would they be too wide and risk blowing the rims out ?
Any thoughts and guidance gratefully received.
