Wheel rim and tyre size

I'm looking to get a Kinesis Decade Tripster ATR and perhaps the Kinesis Crosslight CXDISC wheels.

From these dimensions can you tell what size tyres they will take (frame clearances aside) - "28h, Clincher. 24mm width, 22mm depth, true disc-specific profile, High Strength alloy"?
