Wheel question - Will these fit my tricross?

Hi,

I have just brought a second hand tricross, it needs new wheels (It was cheap - and I think he may have done a swap over of the original wheels to some that were worn out as the bike certinly doesnt look like its done that many miles). The braking with the cantilever wasnt good so I tried the CXP-22 wheel out of my secteur and that improved things alot.

So, looking for new wheels and these seem to fit the bill as its going to be a 10 mile a day commuter....

Will they fit a Tricross? They are described as road wheels, but have a deore hub, which I thought was mountain bike stuff?

I have indeed seen those, but a little research says the CXP22 will only take up to a 28mm tyre, and I already have 32mm Marathon pluses ready to go on.

(If the cxp 22 could have gone on the tricross, I would have put mine on it and got an upgrade wheelset for my secteur)

My Tricross came with CXP 22s with 32 mm tyres !

If you click on features, then scroll down a bit it says recommended tyre size 19 28
