wheel diameter question

Hey guys ive go this bike:
http://www.evanscycles.com/products/bianchi/via-nirone-alu-carbon-veloce-2008-road-bike-ec016053 in a size 57 frame and yesterday my turbo trainer got delivered ive put it together but my tyre isnt touching the trainer.

Does anyone know what diameter wheels this bike has?

The instructions say for wheel diameters 610-640mm you have to assemble the heightening pieces. any ideas guys?

they will be 700c/622 which i believe to be the same as 28"

I thought Bianchis were only for the open road and are allergic to turbo trainers
