Let me guess, youve just found the cadence display on yout cycle computer?;)

I've not got a clue as I no longer use a computer but it goes something like this...push...push...push...push...push..(repeat if necessary).

I don't pedal down hills much so my cadence usually falls, the occasional time I've had a sensor fitted it falls to around the 65-70rpm on a solo ride 80-90rpm on a flatter club run and around 70-80 on a hillier club run. I usually max somewhere between 140-160rpm but that isn't sustainable but I like being to up my cadence when need be.

I had the cadence sensor for the Garmin on my bike but the magnet fell off twice. I got bored and CBA to fit another-useless measurement anyway.

I don't have cadence metering, but reckon I pedal at about 90rpm. It's hard to get my head round the fact that each leg pedals about 10,000 strokes on my daily commute.

My Cadence is normally around the 80-100rpm mark, but can top 150rpm spinning down hill on the fixed.
