whats the best cycling GPS device?

Im just getting into my cycling again and im considering getting a GPS cycling device but im not sure what to get does anybody have any good suggestions?

(would be great full for something cost effective lol)

Garmin edge is market leader if prepared to pay.
200 500 or 800 series depending on what features you want

Bryton rider 50 or 60 will do the same as garmin 800, and are comaptible with garmin or other ant + sensors. Can be had quite a bit cheaper than garmin and come with uk maps. Less accessories available than garmin eg mounts or covers and tech support can be variable. Im happy with my rider 50 which have had for over a year now.

If your using strava, the data can be different from what you have on your unit to when its uploaded to strava, avg speed and altitude shows up being less, particularly the altitude
