In the new Fiat 500 in 70s colours advert?
Big and brassy, it's very familiar but I can't recall it's name or where it's from.

I'm the same, although I'm sure it's a TV theme, some police or detective series...

I cheated and googled:

The Fiat 500 colour range gives a nod to the car’s 1970s past in this ad, featuring a cult favourite music library track. David Lindup was a pioneering composer of music for TV who worked with the KPM music library in the late 60s and early 70s. He created the theme music for TV shows such as Rising Damp, and scored movies like Goodbye Mr Chips. His track The Zodiac (or The Killing of Brother Dragon, to give it its original title) featured on the 1970 KPM album When The Saints Go by David Lindup and the Big Band. It was subsequently included on KPM’s 1000 series of compilations, and on volume 1 of the Blow Up Exclusive Blend series. Most famously, the track was featured on the soundtrack of the movie The Full Monty. The Zodiac is available to download from iTunes.

So I'm thinking of the Full Monty....

Googling's not allowed!

Anyway Thanks, It is indeed familiar from TFM and I have it on the album in my CD collection ... IIRC bought cheaply to obtain that very track!
