whats a good bar tape ?

Good old cork tape for me, Ive had Fizik once and its fantastic.

i looked at those tapes ,,il b doing it myself and with the help of you tube ,,i believe it the non sticky adhesive stuff that i want ,,cos id like to b able to do a wee bit and never having done it before i dont want to use an adhesive sticky one and ruin it when i dont get the overlaps right

If you read the reviews on the Cinelli link at Chain Reaction, it looks like you can easily reposition the tape of you make a hash of it.
