What wheels to buy?

I've got a basic specialized tarmac and am looking to replace the wheels. I've seen some fulcrum racing zeros but they are from 2009. Does anyone know what quality these are and would it be worth me swapping? Any advice would be helpful.

Why are you replacing them?

If you need new wheels id get new or nearly new

Are they for 'best' and what would 'best' involve?

As above comments plus - 2009 wheels? Have they seen much use? Are they 11 speed compatible? Are they a bargain?
