What wheels and tyres

Hi , got the Jamis Renegade with 35x700 tyres , wanted to go down to 25 or 28 tyres but was told i need new wheels for it to fit them

Question now
What set of wheels could i go for with 11 speed and disc brakes ( also must be white )

Was told by Cycle Surgery and Evans Cycles that 25C's will not fit my Alex ATD470 , got them 25C now on since 200miles and all is fine.

I would now like to upgrade my Wheels and use the Alex for the Turbo Trainer - which ones could i look at ?

Was told to go for Mavic Aksium One but from specs they are wider then my current ones

i have a 11 speed cassette and 6 bolt Disc (cassette is 11-25 would like to change it to a 11-32 )
