what wheel bearings for shimano rs10 wheels?

Assuming you are talking about the rear wheel (which usually is the one that goes first) they have 18 1/4" steel bearings 9 on each side. If I were you I would check if the cups within the hub shell are pitted because if they are then no amount of fettling will make it run sweet again without replacing the whole hub.
