recumbent (I own one)
fixie (I own one)
folder (I own one)
touring bike (I own one)
Ordinary
old-fashioned sit-up-and-beg rod braked bike
Conference bike
Moulton (I used to own one)
Mountainbike (hard tail)

but never ridden:-
an out and out racing machine
hybrid
Mountainbike (full-suss)

It's all gone a bit pear-shaped when you have to ride a conference bike...

I have only ordinary 'racing' - not enough room to collect those either

Err, "Conference bike" does not count as a "bike" as it has more than 2 wheels.
