What touring bike?

Hi

I'm looking around for a touring bike (riding an adapted hybrid at present), probably second hand as I can't go much beyond £600, but need a 64cm frame.
Any suggestions, either on bikes, or on good places to look? I've found ebay too unpredictable, although there have been a few big Dawes go through recently.

Often stuff for sale on here or the CTC forum. There seem to be loads of big frames around - I need a small one and find them rarer than hen's teeth.

It looks just the ticket, but I can't access the ad. Its like a form of torture - I can watch. Any idea how to work around that?

I'm afraid you have to have posted a certain number of posts before you can get in the classifieds thread.

Quickest way of getting info on the bike would probably be to send postman a Private Message.

Hi Snorri

I just noticed your location - which part of the East Coast are you? Thats where I originally come from, lots of cycling because a)no buses, b)its all flat anyway. I'm from the Southwold area, school in Beccles etc.
