shimano r770 i think, basically tiagra flat bar shifters. do they have brakes built in?! not sure... any old tektro flat bar brake system should do. i had a claud butler flattie a few years ago and it had caliper rim brakes and combined lever/shifters. so as long as the brake levers are suitable for road brakes.

bb30 should be cool. derailluers and chain etc, no difference between the flat bar and drop bar bikes in terms of those.

so, enjoy!

I would put a Sram groupo on and intermediate/decent lightish semi aero wheels. See how it rides and upgrade as and when you see fit.
Groupset
Wheels
Alternative Wheels

That will leave you a reasonable amount for seatpost, saddle, stem and anyother minor bits to finish.

Speaking of which, I've got a nearky new Fizik Rondine saddle, an older but good Selle Italia triathlon saddle, a 400mm seatpost (27.2mm diameter), a 100mm 1 1/8" + 31.6 diameter stem - let me know if you're interested in any of those!
