Frame/tubing thickness/material ?

Looking at some Hope seatclamps on crc...it's not gonna be 31.8
Next ones above that are 34.9, 36.6 (trek/fisher/klein) then 38.5 (Scott)

I have a 34.9 on my 31.6 seatposted bike.

measure across the seat tube to confirm it(it doesn't have to be spot on).
