What size Gatorskins can I sensibly use here?

Chaps,

My accident last week seems to have torn the sidewall on my tyre.
Rather than just replace the tyre I thought about upgrading to Gatorskins because I commute on this bike and have had 3 punctures already this year in about 15 commutes.

I currently have Kenda KWEST 26 x 1.50 tyres on but can't find Gatorskins in 26 x 1.50 size.

What size tyres can I sensibly use whilst still using the 26 x 1.5 inner tubes I already have and without risking issues

Here is the wheel and tyre information from the original specification for by bike - a Specialized Rockhopper SL Expert from 2010

RIMS
DT-Swiss 445D, 26", alloy double wall disc, pin joint, eyelets, 28h front and 32h rear

FRONT TYRE
Specialized Fast Trak LK Control, 26x2.0", 60TPI, tubeless ready aramid bead
REAR TYRE
Specialized Fast Trak LK Control, 26x2.0", 60TPI, tubeless ready aramid bead

Thanks very much in advance for any help you can give me.

Standard Gatorskins sidewalls are made of cheese , have only had 3 Gatorskins but have had more punctures on them by mile than any other tyre( winter use) , current one got 10 miles before the sidewall caught a stone and split .
If you want proper puncture protection these are quite good http://www.tredz.co.uk/.Specialized-Nimbus-Armadillo-26-inch-Urban-Tyre_41505.htm

Thanks for the quick response Eddy. I've read not so good stuff about the Armadillo. I suppose you get that with everything if you search the internet enough though.
As I don't need a pair and Tredz had free delivery on any order I could just buy 1 so I don't have much to lose, so they are back on my list. Thanks.
