What size do I have on my viking racer

Just got my new stem today and try to fit it and it don't fit

I take it the stem only fits bars 100mm so what is mine????

Can I buy spacer to go around so it fits or is new bars...

The viking bars a little to fat away so Iay get some new ones

the 100mm is the length of the bar not the size it fits. the 6/84 degrees are the angle dependent on which way you fit it 6 degree up or 84 degrees down

Looks like you have 26.0mm bars on your bike (diameter of bar at the clamp) and you've bought a 31.8mm stem. The 100mm is the reach or length of the stem, nothing to do with bar size.

There are plenty of shims you can buy to allow a 31.8mm stem to fit to a 26.0mm bar, just make sure to buy a 2 piece one or you'll have to replace your bar tape. Or you could try returning the stem and getting the size you need.

Stem too big for bars or bars too big for stem?

Either way, I would say return the stem and buy the appropriate size.
