I'm cracking my first 100 miler and I did have a stack of flapjacks made up but they've been STOLEN :ohmy:

So I have a few oat and honey bars, some apples and emergency chocolate piled up (which is about all I have about). So what do I grab for lunch thats suitable? can't do sandwhiches (celiac) and I'm out of ideas :s

Melt the chocolate and spread it on top of the bars, let it dry and you have chocolate topped flapjacks - almost. Eat the apples as they are.

Though after a 100 I usually have fish and chips and a pint. But I'm a greedy ******* :smile:

If you're not going for a record time why don't you stop at a cafe and have a jacket spud with beans? Stop eating before you are full though otherwise you will never get going again.

jacket is a good shout, not something I have thought of before. Yeah we have a turnaround point so I'll hunt out a cafe (or maybe public house.....)

oh and @Buddha there will be food and beer aplenty when I get home its just the getting round I'm worried about :biggrin:

I know right, my mum fed them to kids, I mean no one likes frackin kids so why feed em? :tongue:
