what seatpost for my sirrus sport?

Wanted to upgrade the last few things on my bike to make a bit lighter. Any recommendations. I have a large frame and dont know if 350 or 400mm is the right one. I am approx 6"0ft. Maybe could spend £40- 50 max. help appreciate guys.

Depends on how much seatpost you have showing - you need to have a min of at least 100mm inside the seat tube. Size should be 27.2 mm.

Remove and measure the one you have and just get the same length, unless you really don't have much post showing, then you could go for the shorter one to save a few grams I guess.

The diameter may very well be stamped on it too.

putting a too longer one in can be extra hard to remove if it partially siezes in frame so make sure you lube it well before fitting

I have a Thompson 390mm 27.2mm diam, straight, in black, only fitted for sizing but not used, as new, that you can buy from me at a good price. It is very light and very strong. (I decided to use a shorter stem instead so didn't use it in the end). PM me if you are interested.
