Possibly a cut out one, but I would say a flat saddle - i.e. the rear is fairly flat, so your sit bones sit on it. A good fitting saddle doesn't need a cut out, but the two I use most have the cut out as the rear sit area is nice and flat and my bones sit on the saddle, not my soft bits.

Selle Italia SLR gelflow or cheaper models using same shape. Charge Spoons are very comfy and don't put pressure on your bits.

I shouldn't take that lying down.

But...there's no firm evidence that saddles with slots are any kinder to the prostate.

My butt has had sporadic experience of saddles in recent years and when saw the Spoon attached to my Plug 3, I thought it was going to leave me with a touch of the John Wayne's. I must say, that it's one of the most comfortable saddles I've ever used and I AM a fat bastard.

I'm getting no issues having gone from basically nothing, to an hour every other day.
